If a job represents a potential safety or health threat, every effort will be made to plan a safe way to do the task.
Every procedure must be a safe procedure. Shortcuts in safe procedures by either foremen or workers will not be tolerated.
SAFETY AND HEALTH OBJECTIVES
We have develope specific policies and plans to achieve worker safety and health through the following:
1- Making regular job site safety inspections.
2- Enforcing the use of safety equipment.
3- Following safety procedures and rules.
4- Providing on-going safety training.
5- Enforcing safety rules and using appropriate discipline.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL
Pyramid Company recognizes that in today’s competitive marketplace, effective quality systems are essential when providing services to clients. our company Management is totally committed to providing Engineering and Construction Services that comply fully with the specifications and expectations of our valued clients. Therefore, it is the policy of Pyramid Company to adhere strictly to this quality control program and to insure that this program and the requirements of our customers are met on each and every project we execute.
Project Managers are responsible for their assigned project’s QA/QC activities. They may delegate the performance of their assigned duties to qualified individuals, but they shall retain full responsibility for completing their projects in strict accordance with the company’s established quality control policies and the client’s specifications.
The quality of all our subcontractors and vendors is the joint responsibility of the QCM and the applicable Project Manager. All projects will be executed in a manner that emphasizes safety, quality, schedule and maximum cost effectiveness.
